Climbing at the Red!!! October 2nd-20th 2008

The flight home... Good trip.
Climbers...
"A late one"  This stuff is the local drink.  Is like a light ginger ale. Really good.  Oh and thats Tiancum wolfing down some pizza. Miguels pizza is the best thing ever!  He gets a lot of his stuff out of his garden.
Slackin' at Miguels.  Its kind of like Kentucky's Camp Four. Sweet place!

I think this is on of the most beautiful walls I have ever climbed on.  I mean look at it!

Crux! Wow that was a pull...

This route is called Abyiyoyo or something like that, 12b (hard move in the middle) Fun! Beautiful climbing!
This is an amazing wall with a bunch of five star 12s that are so much fun!  The Solarium. Vincent took these rad photos! Thanks dude!

Ok, this is possibly the coolest route I have ever done.  Cell Block Six.  12c.  Second go.  90 ft.  Wall, Midnight Surf.

This route is on the cover of the guide book, lots of fun. Amazing!  Its called Breakfast Burrito.

We met some cool people along the way that were nice enough to take some photos of us. These were taken by a girl named Ashley.  She has been out for over a year and is now in Utah climbing at the creek.

Inside miguels pizza is always the place to be.  Bustling.
The load'  I love the climbing seen here, normaly I hate crowds, but it was fun here to meet all the new people and hear there stories. some had been on the road for some time.
The backside of miguels.
Humidity... not a fan.  Every morning we would wake up to damp coldness.  It would burn off in the afternoon.
Our sweet neighbors at camp.
Our new friend Rachel, she is from utah too.  Team Utah unites!

This place was like a jungle.  I had no idea that it was so green!

Finaly!  Miguels!  This is where we ended up camping for our stay.  Its a pretty sweet place.  Good food and lots of interesting people.

Tims friends mom worked at this restaurant and totaly hooked us up with free food. nice people for sure, I guess thats southern hospitality!

Local art fair in louisville.  Louisville is pretty cool old, old, town.
Barbra lees dinner sucks!
Tim and his wife Natalie are the nicest people ever! They let us have free roam of their house, computer, and bikes while they were out for the day.  Sweet times.
We ended up taking a cab to a local climbing gym.  Where we met Tim.
Our Trip to the Red was not... well... entirely thought through... We waited for a while, no one said anything.
